Open the pumkinpie tube, in your PSP...that you downloaded in your supplies...

Effects/ 3D effects/ Drop Shadow

We will add a light one, we do not want it to dark...
I used the settings below
Layers/Merge/Merge Visible
You can save this as a tag, or take it to animation and
Add fire to your candle...

Like This:

Free Hand tool /point to point/  feather 0/ Antialias checked

Go around your flame on your candle...
you should now have marching ants going around it...

effects/Plugin/Eye Candy4000/fire

Harvest Blessings
Layers/ New Raster layer...
Change background and foreground colors to  #E5A078
Flood fill your New Raster Layer..

While it is still your top layer..go to

Effects/plugins/eyecandy4000/swirl
with these settings

Layers/Arrange/Send to Bottom
Layers/ merge/merge visible

Change foreground color to #BC564E
background to white

Image/Add borders/5 pixels

Magic wand with these settings...

RAJB
Click on the white border with your Magic Wand and fill with the #BC564E color

While the ants are still marching around the border..

Effects/Textures/Blinds and use these settings..the color is
#F7C35F
Layers/ New Raster Layer

When you are satisfied with your Text..

Effects/3d effects/Inner Bevel
settings below

Selections/Select None

Image/Add borders/5Pixels

Click on the white border with your Magic wand and Flood fill with  #BC564E


While the ants are still marching around
the border that we just flood filled,

go to effects/textures/blinds and use the same settings..as above

Selections/select none
 
Change forground and background colors to #DD5F5E
It's text time...*smiles*~

I used the Auld Town Script, for my text..
Your download is above with your supplies..size 24,
but this may change with whatever font you use, or the words you add.

You can change your color by using your Dropper Tool and hit a color on your picture that you  like...changes are good *smiles*
Yours should look something like this now...
Selections /Select none

Image/Add Borders/10 Pixels

Magic Wand/ same settings/ click on white border

Flood Fill with the same color #BC564E

While the ants are still marching around your border
Effects/Reflection Effects/ Kaleidosope

With these settings

X off layers 1& 3 make sure layer 2 is active layer (in blue)

selections select none

X off layer 2 & 3 and save 1 as a psp file for animation...
X off layer 1& 3 and save 2 as a psp file for animation...
X off layer 1&2 and save 3 as a psp file for animation


Launch Animation Shop

File/Animation Wizard...

Follow with these settings

click Next
click Next
click Next
click Next
Click next...and then click the finish button...

Now preview your animation in View Animation...

If you are satisfied, save as gif.

We are Finished *smiles*~
