This tutorial was written with Paint Shop Pro 9
I'm sure it can be done in other versions with just a few adjustments.

you will need this tube
Plugin /Eye Candy 3/download here
Don't forget to add your font and gold gradient before opening your PSP...
The tubes I used came from pictures that I received in e-mail...

Ready, Let's get started!
1.Open A New Image 500 by 500
2.Foreground/Background colors at #EEE3D6
3.Flood Fill the New Image
4. Open your Rose Of Innocence tube
ShiftD 2 times on your keyboard,you should have 3 now.
Close the original and minimize 1 copy for now, we will need it later.
5. Click on the one you still have open
Edit/Copy
6. Edit /Paste as New Layer/ On your work in progress
Place as below ~
7.Effects/Edge Effects/Trace Contour
8.Effects/Plugins/Eye Candy3/Glow
With the below settings/color #a25048
9. Open the Rose Of Innocence tube we minimized
Edit/Copy
10. Edit /Paste as New Layer on the work in progress
11. Mover Tool/Move the tube over the bottom layer, where only the glow is showing as in the screen shot below
12. Adjust/Sharpness/Unsharp Mask settings below
13. Click on your Text Tool/
Forground & Background colors both at
#a25048
14. Layers/ New Raster Layer
15. I used the font Ruritania (in your supplies) size 28/
but I will leave the size up to you..
When you are satisfied with your text,
16. Effects/3D Effects/ drop shadow with the below settings..
17.Mover Tool/ Move your text to the left as below
18. Layers/Merge/Merge Visible
19.Flood Fill Tool
Foreground/ #a25048
Background/ Set to gold gradient
20.Image/ Add Border /3 px /white
21. Magic wand/click on the white border we just added...
22. Flood fill with the gold gradient
23. Selection/select none
24. Image/Add Border /5 px /white
25. Magic wand/click on the white border we just added...
26. Flood fill with the color #a25048
27. Selection/select none
28. Image/ Add Border/ 3 px /white
29. Magic wand/click on the white border we just added.
30. Flood fill with the gold gradient.
31. Selection/select none
32. Selections / Select All
33. Selections / Modify / Contract by 11 px
34. Selections / Invert
35. Effects / 3D Effects / Inner Bevel ...
