This tutorial was written with Paint Shop Pro7-
I'm sure it can be done in other versions with just a few adjustments.

The tubes I used came from pictures that
I received in e-mail.
I'm not sure who the author is,
if anyone knows who they belong to and will email me.
I will give credit where credit is due...
You Ready, Lets get started *smiles*~
Open all your tubes in your PSP work area,
this way we do not have to go hunting...
1. New Image 400 by 400
2. We need to make 2 copies of the yellow rose
& heart tube, you downloaded in supplies...
shift D on your keyboard ...
copy, copy again.
Now X out the original one, so you can use at another time.
3.Now we need to copy and paste one of them to your work in progress,
Edit/ Copy
4. Click back on work in progress, and Edit/Paste/As a New Layer
5.Effects/ plugin /Filters Unlimited /GalleryV/Ommadawn
With The below settings
Click apply
6.Layer / duplicate...
7. Image/Mirror
8.Layer / duplicate...
9.Image/flip
10.Layer/duplicate...
11.Image/mirror
12. Mover Tool -Take your layers and match the lines up like this,(below) it doesn't really matter where the colors are, as long as the lines are straight.
13. X off the bottom layer ... making layer 2 active..
(in blue)
14. Layers/Merge/Merge visible
15. X off layer 2 and open Layer 1, making sure it is your active layer
(in blue)
16.Foreground color #B43F39
Background null
17. Flood Fill with the color #B43F39
18. Open layer 2
19. Layers/Merge/Merge visible
Now we need to make a copy of your work in progress
20. Edit/Copy...(your work in progress)
21. Copy Paste as a new image.... click on it so it is out of your way, in your work area, we will need it later
22. Add your yellowrose & heart tube, center it.
23.Edit/ Copy
24. Click back on work in progress, and Edit/Paste/As a New Layer
25.Mover Tool/ Center
26. Add this drop shadow
Effects/3D effects/ drop shadow
RAJB
27. Grab your M&M Tube now
28.Edit/ Copy
29.Click back on work in progress, and Edit/Paste/As a New Layer
30.Mover Tool/ Center the mouse tube, center it in the heart, you may want to resize, I already have, but that is your choice.
31. Effects/3D effects/ drop shadow/same settings
32. I also added the words, Be Mine,(since that is the name of the tag, LOL)
in the supplies, as a tube or you can write what ever text your may prefer,
I leave that choice to you...
33.If You use the tube copy and paste as a new layer and add the same drop shadow as above...
34. Change your foreground color to the gold pattern that was in your supplies
(make sure it is on your work space) ~ background white
35.Image/add borders/5 pixels in white...
36.Magic wand/click on the white border we just added...
37.Flood fill with the gold pattern
38.Selection/select none
39.Image/Add Borders/20P/white
Remember the copy of your work in progress we made, now we need it
40. Copy the image ...Edit/Copy
41.Click back on your work in progress
42.Magic wand, click the border we just added, make sure the ants are running around it...
43.Edit/Paste/In Selection
Selection/select none
44. Image/add borders/5 pixels in white...
45. Magic wand/click on the white border we just added...
46.Flood fill with the gold pattern
47. Selection/select none
48. You can now add, your watermark, name or anything you may want to add, but make sure it is on a New Raster Layer...
After you are satisfied...
49.Layer/Merge/Merge Visible
50. Freehand/shift key down on your keyboard ..we are going to go around the area we want sparkles on now...like below
51.Layers/ duplicate
52.Layers/ duplicate again
You should have three layers now, all 3 layers should have the ants around the area we need sparkles on
53. X off Layers 2 & 3 with Layer 1 as the active Layer (in blue)
54. Effects/VM Natural /Sparkles with these settings/
*note* Random seed 142
55. X off Layer 1&3 layers and use the
VM Natural /Sparkles with the same settings making Random seed at 200
56. X off Layer 1&2 layers and use the
VM Natural /Sparkles with the same settings making Random seed at 100
57. Selection/Select none
Now we will save for animation shop...*grins*~
58. X off layer 2 & 3 and save 1 as a psp file for animation..
59. X off layer 1 & 3 and save 2 as a psp file for animation...
60. X off layer 1 & 2 and save 3 as a psp file for animation
61. Launch Animation Shop
62. File/Animation Wizard...
63.Follow the directions below

64. Click Finish, you may want to resize now,
